Maus Squad Now Available Online; Diwata Komiks Announces Creator Signing at the Iconic Golden Apple Comics in Hollywood
Maus Squad, the sci-fi fantasy debut from concept designer and art director Kino Scialabba, is now available through our online print-on-demand store. The series first debuted at San Diego Comic-Con, where new fans were captivated by the artwork and the expansive world Scialabba had built.
Over the course of his career, Scialabba has helped shape the visual worlds of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Avatar, Alita: Battle Angel, Krypton, and Game of Thrones, building environments, characters, and technology for some of the most ambitious productions in film and television. Maus Squad is the first time that vision belongs entirely to him.
Set in the ruined city-state of Primopolis on the planet Prahs, Maus Squad introduces readers to a world built with the same level of design detail Scialabba has brought to franchise filmmaking, now shaped around a story that's his alone to tell.

Scialabba will appear next at Golden Apple Comics in Hollywood, LA's most iconic comic store, for a meet and greet and signing on Saturday, September 5, from 2 to 4 PM. Fans can meet the artist behind Maus Squad, get books signed, and hear firsthand what went into building the world of Primopolis.
